Especially the part on the four business strategies was interesting and fits well in our mantra that things should be kept as simple as possible. These four business strategies are:

  1. Customer focus & Market Growth: sell more by keeping customers happy and finding more customers (downstream marketing at Flow)
  2. Product Innovation: create your own market (upstream marketing at Flow)
  3. Operational Excellence: optimise all processes (downstream marketing at Flow)
  4. Financial Maximization: financial optimisation
